When your order is shipped is depending on when you place the order. Orders placed on weekdays before 22.30 are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekdays after 16:00 will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day (see table). Once you have placed an order with us we will ship your order as soon as possible. If we have sent the order, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this mail you will find a track & trace code. You can track your order here.

Shipping costs

When you place an order for 75 euros or more, you pay no shipping costs. This applies only to the Netherlands, Belgium and Duitsland. Our standard shipping costs for the Netherlands are 4,95 Euro. The standard shipping costs for Belgium and Germany amount to 6.95 euros. Orders placed from countries other than the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany have their own rate. This rate is calculated as soon as you enter the country during the checkout process. If you want to return the entire order, we will refund your purchase price and shipping cost. You only pay the return costs which do not exceed 4.95 euros by our return label.

Delivery & pick-up

Your order is always delivered safely and securely by PostNL. The order will be delivered to the address specified by you. You can check when your order is shipped in the above table or the track and trace link (in your email or account).

Are you not at home at the time your order is delivered? Your order will be delivered initially at your neighbors. The postman leaves card in the mailbox that says at which house number your order has been delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the parcel to the neighbors than the postman will leave a card for you with a not-at-home code. With this code you can register till 22:00 on the same day only, when and where you want to get your package delivered. If you do not use the not-at-home code, the postman does a  a second attempt the next day to deliver the package to you. Not at home at the second attempt? Then your order is delivered to the nearest PostNL pick-up point. The postman in this case will also leave a card in your mailbox with where and when you can pick up your package. You have 14 days to pick up your package. After 14 days your parcel will be automatically sent back to us.

When placing an order, you can choose to deliver your order at a package PostNL pick-up point. During checkout, you can choose this option, you can choose the desired PostNL pick-up point in your area. When you have chosen for delivery at a PostNL point (PakjeGemak) You decide when you pick up your package. Your package is available the next working day from 15.00 at the chosen location. You must pick up your package within 14 days at the relevant PostNL point. After 14 days your parcel will be automatically sent back to us.
